Out again last night.  To a bar just a little more legit than the 9-0.  I ordered my first "real" drink: A Raunchy Raspberry.  It came highly recommended by the bartender.  Actually, he recommended the 21 shot idea.  I laughed out loud.

Truly, I had a great day.  It was very me.  Go big, make a video, rest, go a bit smaller.  And I can say this: I remember all of my birthday.  I did not get sick.  I enjoyed the company of the girls.  It was good times.

And sending love to my darling Katy Lee who celebrates her 21st today.  Wish I was there K...but there is the one thing I learned yesterday: we have the rest of our lives to be "Over 21."  Legality is so hott right now.

<--- We went there.  Vern and I as 21 year olds.  Sat down.  Drank a pitcher of Beer.  Had my first Sam Adams.  Called the Dad to tell him I was drinking a real beer.  He was proud.

Solid.  Now we are going to Hotel Fig.  Going to order my first real drink.  Dude.  What's it gonna be?  Not beer.  Enough beer for the day, or a small country.  Whichever.

<--- This beautiful bouquet just arrived from Katie Bowman.  My darling VPPD who is spending the semester in Paris.  Paris is so lucky to have her.  I am so jealous of Paris.

Okay.  That had to be a highlight of the day.  I saw the time 2:22 on 2/22.  Probably the ultimate Birthday Moment right there.

• Laughing HARD at videos
• Birthday cards that say "FABULOUS"
• Robbie's Text: Happy 21st Beeze!
• Ashley's amazing gift that I am going to have to learn how to pull off effectively
• Eating more of my frozen yogurt cake
• All the pictures
• Knowing that I have 9 hours and 4 more minutes of this madness

The battery was in backwards.  And the display screen was off. 

Dad said it's my lucky day.  Told me to go buy a lottery ticket.  Really I think it might be his lucky day that he hasn't gotten fired for taking to his daughter all morning.  I call every two minutes with "updates." 

So now I have to go do more lucky things.
