Dictionary.com defines it as the return to a point of origin of evaluative or corrective information about an action or process.

My brain defines it as essential.

The job is requiring me to give it and to take it.  Apparently I am struggling with both. 

{Edited To Add: Deleted what was written here.  Talked to Dad.  Worked it out.}  The point is this:

Ultimately it is about communication.  About open and honest delivery.  About trust.  Trust in my own opinions and trust in my ability to handle the opinions of others.
