Week 49 and I still love this project.
(click photos above to enlarge for a [somewhat] clearer image.)
I thought I'd get by with no blurring this week, but I tucked our holiday card into a pocket on the right and will be sharing it on the blog tomorrow so it's blurred for now. You might notice that I accidentally printed out a quote card without a space to fill in a written word. Six months ago I would have gone back and re-printed. 49 weeks into 2012 and I am more than over the small details. Getting ready for the FINAL push through 2012 and then starting FRESH in 2013. Can hardly wait and will be putting together a post about my plans for adapting this project for next year so I love it even more.
Left side is pretty standard. Photos and more photos. I left that open pocket with the felt stars from last week so you can see the stars (and the photo from the week prior behind it).
Also added two 3x4 cards from Seafoam - one with a ticket stub from Argo (so excellent!) and some text.
I added an insert this week - an 8x10 photo of us from the beach.
The backside is the journaling from this post (to give it context, at the top I wrote, "I shared the baby news on the blog 12/4 and then wrote this follow up post Wednesday.")
Left side is standard as well. Had to work in all those Seafoam shots and of course our holiday card. It's held in place with a paperclip and I'll leave the backside of that pocket empty so you can read the backside too.
And that's it! THREE MORE WEEKS.
supplies / Paper Source circle labels, Ormolu file tab, Evalicious flair buttons, Office Depot date stamp & arrow paper clip, Martha Stewart & Avery labels, Design A page protectors, 8x10 page protector, soon to be released Seafoam Kit, I use a Fiskars corner rounder (it's not amazing, but it's lasted the longest of any corner rounder I've ever had). I am using a Zig Millennium 0.1 pen and Recollections glossy marker throughout this album.
