I had just a roll of 24 this month and when I got them back I felt like there were not quite as many winners because so many felt too dark. On a second look through though, I realize that's the magic. You never know what you're going to get with film. Plus...those top two with the pull toy and that last one where she's writing on her Aunt Kristen's birthday card...

that's my girl.

These photos are part of my "film project" where I take a roll of film of Ellerie each month. You can see all of these posts here. I shoot with a film camera similar to this and this lens. I buy my film on amazon and from my local photo shop, Nelson's Photo Supply. I have my photos printed at Nelson's. These images are un-retouched digital scans of the film.
